Kimberly Dotson Brown

After spending over two decades in Corporate America, Kimberly decided to focus her strengths and passion for empowering others in her own coaching practice, Keep It Moving.

Kimberly’s formal education includes a B.S. degree in Accounting from Lincoln University and an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certification. Kimberly received her coaching certification from the Coaching and Positive Psychology (CaPP) Institute, and currently, she is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University.
